Aircraft Listings and Sales

LancairsForSale.com acts as a facilitator to introduce buyers and sellers to Lancair opportunities. We are not a broker-dealer, agent, escrow party, lender, insurer, maintenance provider, instructor, or party to any purchase and sale agreement unless expressly stated in a separate written contract.

Aircraft listings may change at any time, may be withdrawn without notice, and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not represent or warrant listing accuracy, aircraft condition, title status, maintenance history, regulatory compliance, or suitability for any purpose.

LFS may facilitate finding a Lancair and may provide introductions to validated partners for transition training resources, escrow services, and insurance coverage. These third-party services are independent, and LFS is not responsible for their performance, decisions, availability, or outcomes.

As-Is Sales Disclaimer

ALL AIRCRAFT ARE SOLD "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Aircraft are experimental aviation vehicles that may have been built by amateur constructors. Buyers are solely responsible for:

• Conducting thorough pre-buy inspections by qualified aviation professionals
• Verifying airworthiness and compliance with all applicable aviation regulations
• Ensuring the aircraft meets their operational requirements and safety standards
• All costs associated with transportation, inspections, modifications, or repairs

Seller Representations

Sellers warrant that they have clear title to the aircraft and the legal right to sell it. Sellers must disclose all known defects, maintenance history, and compliance status. LancairsForSale.com makes no representations about the accuracy of seller statements or aircraft condition.

Transaction Process

We recommend using professional escrow services for all aircraft transactions to protect both parties. We may facilitate introductions to escrow agents, inspectors, and other aviation professionals, but we are not responsible for the quality or outcome of these services.

Aviation Safety and Legal Compliance

By using this website you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners of the website and services, its contractors, Founders, Administrators, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all actions, demands, losses, liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of:

• Any aircraft purchase, sale, or transaction facilitated through this website
• Any injury, death, property damage, or legal claims arising from aircraft operation
• Your violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Any claims related to aircraft condition, airworthiness, or regulatory compliance

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this agreement, any access to or use of the website and services will be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the Provincial court located in Calgary, Alberta.

Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under this agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the comprehensive arbitration rules of the judicial arbitration and mediation service, inc. ("JAMS") by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such rules. The arbitration shall take place in Calgary, Alberta in the English language and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court.
